Systems (ATS) Industries Incorporation has been in the telecommunication
and data communication industry since 1981. ATS's success results from
dedication in leading-edge methods through research and development, low
cost manufacturing techniques and high quality. ATS warrants that its products will be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year and 30 years for high speed transmission system performance from date of shipment. Buyers sole remedy under this Limited Warranty is expressly limited to repair or replacement at ATS's discretion, of the defective product. Upon discovery of any defect to which this Limited Warranty applies, Buyer must notify ATS of the defect and request a return Merchandise Authorization munber (RMA) within 30 days after receipt of shipments. After receiving a RMA, buyer should return the defective product, transportation charges prepaid. Products returned withour RMA will not be accepted. |
