Category 5E Universal 110 Shielded Products

The ATS Shielded Twisted Pair pair patch panels and mini jacks are part of the ATS Universal Series 100 Ohm Shielded twisted pair high data speed communication distribution products. The ATS Shielded Twisted Pair products exceeds the specifications for Electronic Industry Association (EIA) 568A and Technical Service Bulletin TSB-40A category 5 standards. The category Shielded Twisted Pair patch panels are tested with swept frequency bandwidth of 1-100 Megahertz. All patch panels and mini jacks incorporate 360° stainless steel for full EMI (Electro-Magnetic Immunity) shielding which is required by the British Standard Specification-Draft BS EN 50173. Using the ATS shielded patch panels and mini jacks will provide a continuous shield from receiver to transmitter.

  • RJ45 to 110 Insulation Displacement Contact (IDC), which are arranged in paired 1,2,3,4 punch down orderly fashion for simple UTP Stuffer caps or Impact Tool (HT324B) punch down.
  • Enhanced PCB design technology provides reliable performance up to 155 MHz.
  • Panels are available in 24 and 48 port sizes.
  • Standard size is EIA standard 19 inches.

  • Front and Rear Port numbering for Horizontal LAN cable path locations.
  • 110 IDC range 22-26 AWG insulated solid or stranded wire.
