provide reliable, innovative telecommunication, data & voice products
that solves customers needs and problems. ATS is committed to doing the
best to provide simple, high quality and lower cost solutions for the
telecommunication and voice data connectivity products. ATS warrants that its products will be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year and 30 years for high speed transmission system performance from date of shipment. Buyers sole remedy under this Limited Warranty is expressly limited to repair or replacement at ATS's discretion, of the defective product. Upon discovery of any defect to which this Limited Warranty applies, Buyer must notify ATS of the defect and request a return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) within 30 days after receipt of shipments. After receiving a RMA, buyer should return the defective product, transportation charges prepaid. Products returned without RMA will not be accepted. |
